We were so sorry to hear that Doug has passed. He was such a fine man. Your family will be in our prayers.

Kathyn and family…William (Bull) and I were at your very special husband, father and grandfather's services Saturday. William and Doug were friends from high school until the present. When they left HHS for Atlanta confort was found in knowing that each of them were present in the same BIG city. The rides on row Grayhound bus from Atlanta to Huntsville and many other memories.

Doug died the same day as the great John Doar. Both were lawyers who did credit to their profession, and men who did credit to the human race. Rest in peace, Doug. You were one of my favorite people, brick-solid.
