Not sure what to say?

I had the good fortune to meet Douglas and his wife once. A great host and nice visit at his house years ago. I still remember how beautiful the place and the company was. My condolences. This was all because of ballooning.

Wow what great neighbor you were and and in our minds you will always be We will miss the balloon rides, watching you glide over our trees, watching you slide thru the neighborhood from the distance. Yes ,you are and always will be a great neighbor We will miss your wisdom you passed on to us You will be missed my friend Fly on

We love and miss you uncle Doug Fly high R.I.P

Doug you were dad´s best friend. Karen was mom´s best friend. Most of my childhood memories have you in them. My favorite memories are being part of the Chase crew for the balloons. Jason and I used to play in that old barn and swinging on the rope swing. You had such a loud hearty laugh and your grin just lit up the room. I am so sad for jason and everyone. But I am happy for you that you were back up in heaven now with Karen , my dad Les and mom Judy, Tubby and Beth and Dick Shane all...

RIP you took my mom for a balloon ride for her 80th birthday and she loved it. a wonderful caring person.......truly flying high now.

Bless you Doug, flying high with Karen again. Thank you for the good times esp in Kenya! Give Karen my love.

So sorry for your loss, Jason, Claire and Pat.

RIP friend. Fly high!

I think everyone in Caledonia knew Doug... i had the pleasure of meeting and working with him in 1985 and ever since then he has always took time to stop and BS when ever we bumped into each other he was a outstanding person to talk to ... he will be missed!
