Dougie, Andrea and the entire Mohns family I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I am truly saddened. Your dad was a wonderful man, both your parents were so very kind to me as a kid growing up in Braintree on Angela road. I would help mow your folks lawn and feed the cats and dogs that you had. During this time your Dad would share NHL stories with me and as young hockey player I thought this was the greatest thing. Your folks allowed me to stay at their cape home so I could attend hockey...

Uncle Doug was a great man and I am going to miss him. Love Pat Emery

To the Mohns family,
I am sorry to learn of the death of Doug, he was my Bruins hero in the 1950s, I remember he was one of the first players to use the blazing slap-shot, I will remember him in my prayers.
Charles Harrington

The Staff here at the Dianne DeVanna Center to convey our deepest sympathies to the Doug Mohns Family. He has meant so much to the Center for so many years. The Center would not have existed with his works. He was a great man.

We will miss you Doug. Your smiling face and easy manner made you a joy to be with.
You were just one of the world's good guys!
And we shared 4 wonderful grandchildren;
you will be missed by all of us.

So sorry for your loss. We have so many happy memories of "Uncle Bonesy" from his time in Chicago. My dad sends prayers and tears at the passing of such a good man.
