Doug Myers was a lover of sports and especially the Baltimore Orioles. He and I attended a game in Baltimore when we were around 27 years old. I don't think Doug owned his own car at that time and I was happy to take him down to see a game at Memorial Stadium. He was one of the first people I remember in the first grade as he was ahead of everyone else in Math.
