Not sure what to say?

Ann, John, and Susan,
Doug was a great and down-to-earth guy who, along with Cecil Salls, was hugely supportive of me during my time in scouts. Doug always spoke highly of me as a SPL, and even wrote a letter of recommendation for me in high school...and I will never forget it. I am sorry that he is gone and am saddened by your loss.

Knowing Doug in our industry meant you had instant access to solving any problem. He was always there and always followed up. I have never met a man who equaled his integrity. We will all miss you more than you can ever know. Rest in Peace. Job well done!

My deepest sympathies to the Phipps & MacDermid Family. I have known Doug through the industry for many many years. He was always there to help....a truly great Man. I take great solace in knowing that Doug is now with the Lord. God Bless. Jeff Mills- Southern Maine Industries.

I was so sorry to hear about Doug. It sure did bring back the wonderful memories that we had in high school. I'll keep him my prayer always.

Ann and Family, We were deeply saddened to hear of Doug's passing. We truely enjoyed Doug's company and conversations at the Store. He will be missed by so many.
