Not sure what to say?

Happy summer old friend. Glad to see you still waving us off the 7th and keeping your putter hot. Eternal prayers Doug.

As an MSOE alum and former student of Dr. Reed, I was sorry to learn of his passing. My thoughts and condolences are with his wife and family. Dr. Reed did have the reputation of being a tough professor at MSOE, but this was only because he expected his students to learn the important legal subjects he taught. Dr. Reed was extremely knowledgeable and it showed in the passion he taught his students with. I learned a great deal from Dr. Reed and stayed in touch with him even after...

Dr. Reed was a professor of mine at Milwaukee School of Engineering. While he was a tough professor inside the classroom, he was one of the best. He was a great person inside and outside of the classroom and was always willing to help. I gained the most knowledge from Dr. Reed and will always remember him as a great man that was always looking out for your best.

Thoughts and prayers go to the family and please know that the memories left with us of him are all great ones!

Cathy and Family,

Your whole family is in our thoughts these days . We send our sympathy to you all. God bless you and give you peace.

We were sorry to hear of your loss. Please accept our deepest sympathy.

Our thoughts and prayers go to Doug's family. Doug and I were colleagues for more than 30 years and I have many fond memories, especially in recent years when we talked about state and national politics.
I'll miss Doug's great insight and wonderful sense of humor.
Larry and Niketa Schmedeman

I will forever and fondly recall the wonderful times shared talking sports, reading (loving libraries)...and golfing on Sundays. He lived and loved the game as the great metaphor for life it is and I shall miss him.
"Go get it from St. Pete, Doug"
Your friend,
Jimmy the K

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all! ??
