I´m so sorry to learn of Doug´s passing. We worked together at Edens & Avant many years ago. Just a few months ago, another colleague of Doug´s, Clarence Evans, and I were talking about Doug´s success at leasing shopping center space the old fashioned way - by knocking on doors and talking to people. What a nice guy he was. Rest In Peace my friend- I Hope you´ve found the golf courses in Heaven to your liking!!

I have only fond memories of Doug. I´m fortunate to have crossed paths with him in my life.

I thoroughly enjoyed playing bridge with Doug. He was one of the good guys.

Doug was a great guy. Funny, and could take a joke as well. Loved playing golf with him at CCC and all the after rounds bull sessions. He will be greatly missed, and long remembered by his golfing buddies as they continue to invoke "The Rice Rule". My deepest sympathy to Barbra and the rest of the family.
