SHOOK, Douglas E., passed away on October 2, 2012. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Tina M. Shook; two great sons, David and Paul; five grandchildren that he loved, Josh, Matthew, Mason, Britani and Tanner. He is survived by his mother, Reba; and two sisters, Erma and Diane. Though Doug has gone to be with Jesus, in our hearts he will remain.
