Hi sweetheart. I love you. This past week marked 6 months since we've held you in our arms, but also marked 6 months that you've been in the arms of Jesus. That must be amazing. I miss you so much every minute of every day. Love you, mom

Dear Debi and girls,

We are confident that the peace of our Heavenly Father is with you at this time. May you find strength in Him. We send our thoughts and love.

Dougie,

You were one of a kind. Made me and my sisters laugh all the time. I remember being a little jealous, wondering just who Aunt Joyce and Uncle Kenny loved more. I now know it never mattered, they love is all with all their hearts. I know you are at peace and very happy now. I'm sure you've got my Daddy in stitches. Thank you for the love and happiness you brought to those around you. God Bless You & Rest in Peace.

I met Doug when he was trying hard to continue his month's worth of success, which he was very proud of. He was always interested in what I liked and loved to share our common interests. He always went out of his way to give you something of his. He loved to know you were happy! When I got married to Crystal we had a long talk that made me happy that he approved and wanted that he wanted to make sure we were together for a long time. That was special to me.

You were a success and continue to provide inspiration to those who watched you grow. I am proud to call you my friend and look forward to seeing you again when my time comes to join you in Heaven. Save me a seat bro. Kyle P.

Doug: I was going through some old pictures and letters and found the letters you had written me in high school and your Senior picture you had given me. I have been thinking about you ever since so I decided to look you up on Google and was very shocked to find your obituary. It hit me harder than I would have imagined since I haven't even spoken to you in so many years. But you were never forgettable. I have so many fond memories of you. I am so glad that you found a relationship with God...

Doug: I know you wouldn't remember but when you were a little guy, you came to Chicago and stayed with us for a couple of weeks while your mother was in the hospital. We had such a special time and lots of fun during your stay. In fact, we have a very good friend who took care of you for a couple of days also. Her name is Patty Guyette and to this day, she always asks how you are whenever we talk to her. I know you are in a very special place now but we always remember and love you. ...

Doug was my only friend for a while and it felt good to be around him. We would talk about God and I witnessed his relationship with God blossom. He would even laugh with God. he helped my own relationship with God and with myself too. I believe Doug was an angel. I miss him alot but i'm happy that he is free now. God bless you Doug.
Love,
your friend, Cole
