Not sure what to say?

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief. Kathy, our heartfelt condolences to you and the boys. Doug was such a great guy. We could always ask him what's going on in the neighborhood and he knew. He will ways be a part of Berkley Street Memories. Loving thoughts to the family.

It was very saddening to receive this notice in my email today. I worked with Doug when he was the Merrimack DPW Director so many years ago. He managed our department with compassion and respect toward the entire staff. My prayers go out to the Starr family. RIP Doug.

Offering our deepest condolences during this time.
