Sgt Stowers was one of the first sergeants I was under as a rookie at APD. He was a great man I highly respected. My condolences to his family.

A calm, concerned Sergeant, Doug taught me many things, compassion being the most important. Rest in peace DT.

I was lucky enough to repay the education a bit as Doug delved into photography. I certainly came out ahead though.
