Douglas Struble

I never met Mr Struble however I have come to know him through his daughter Michele. Over the years it has been clear that he was a strong positive influence on his children and especially grandchildren. His absence in their lives will be greatly missed but his contributions to their character will continue to bless them and those of us fortunate enough to know them.

I was a new people leader at Dow in 1994. Doug was a very polite and helpful person in the HR department. So glad he got to spend 20+ years after Dow doing what he loved, especially the grandkids part. RIP, sir!

My condolences to Doug's family for your loss. It was my pleasure to work with Doug at Dow, first at the Dowpon plant (649 Bldg) then later at the Herbicides plant (948 Bldg). He always handled himself professionally, relating personally to everyone involved in the manufacturing process. Much of the success we had during that time was due to Doug's even demeanor and problem solving. I'm certain he will be missed.
