I can't believe it's been almost a year. I hope the family is doing okay.

I just recently heard of Doug's passing. So very sorry to hear about it. I was a class mate and friend of Doug's at Queen's. I'll remember him as a great, fun guy. We had many good times together.

I met Doug many years ago while listing a JCP company on the ASE. He was a great advocate for us, and continued to assist us as we grew the business, ultimately completing a sale of the company. Doug worked with us through the entire process. He was a good lawyer and friend, and I was extremely saddened to of his passing. My sincere condolences to the family.

I was shocked and saddened by Doug's sudden passing. My sincere condolences to you, your daughters and to your extended family. I worked with Doug at two companies where Doug was corporate counsel and advisor. He was an amazing person, both professionally and personally, and he brightened the day and life of everyone who was fortunate enough to meet him. I will miss him.

Always the life of the party. Such a great spirit - Doug you will be missed.. Our thoughts are with the family.
