Not sure what to say?

I have been blessed by the friendship of Doug and Ann since 1977 when we became their next door neighbors in Oak Creek Village. The memories I hold in my heart of Doug will live there forever. His warm, gentle manner, his constant smile and quick wit, and willingness to do anything to help have graced my life and served as a fine role model for my son. Those of us left behind on earth are saddened by our loss, but we rejoice knowing He has earned his heavenly reward. Sending our love to Ann,...

I was blessed to share an hour every Friday with Doug working with him while his lovely wife, Ann, sat on the sidelines. It was a special time and so rewarding to work with him and to watch him master the challenge in front of him... I will always remember that special time.

Doug was one of those people who seemed to forever conquer any obstacle and do it with a smile. I am struggling for words that express the shock and grief Millie and I feel. Although we have not seen him in a few years, we could never forget his incredible personality.

"Mr. Sullivan" was such a sweet and gentle soul who always sought out the best in everyone he met and those he knew. He was so soft-spoken and responsive in conversation---a joy to know and I always appreciated him! He is a loss for the world he lived in. I am grateful for opportunity he gave my daughter and grateful for the grace he demonstrated to many of us! My prayers are with my friend Ann, Lee and her family and all others who loved him well.
