Douglas "Doug" Trampe

I was sorry to read about Doug´s passing. He was always one of the "good kids" around Amherst. Condolences to the family.

Marla, Matt and family, I was completely heartbroken when I heard that Doug had passed away. When I last talked to him after the Harvest Moon Hustle 10k, he didn´t want to talk about himself, he was more interested in how we were and how well my daughter had been doing in her race´s. I guess the "Running Whisperer" was doing what he did best. It´s going to be tough not seeing Doug out on the trail or visiting with him after a race, but I have a feeling he´ll still be there like a whisper in...

Marla and family. I am so sorry to learn of Doug´s passing. It is a hard time of year to lose a loved one. But you have all those special memories of Doug to keep him close to your heart. I am in North Platte helping my sister with some health issues so I won´t be able to be at the funeral. I will be thinking of you and your family. Sending prayers. Take care.
