I met Doug when he was beginning kayaking and admired his dedication and enthusiasm for the sport, the water and the group he paddled with. Now his soul has peace with God.

I will never forget the long talks we had during lunch last year teaching 7th
grade. Doug always shared his passion for teaching math, kayaking and Fuzzy.
