Not sure what to say?

I met Doug and Jean when they lived on Loch Moor Dr. They were a referral from John Dorsher Handyman in 1999. They had a project that John was not comfortable doing. I have worked for them ever since. I enjoyed their company. Doug was always so calm and pleasant. Nothing seemed to phase him. I enjoyed having him around. He would assist me if I needed a third hand and I would assist him in giving Jean a bit of a hard time(Sorry Jean), but it was all done in good fun. Doug is a one in a...

Dear Lowe Family,

I learned only today of Doug's death in July, and I am not sure that you will still receive this message. I hope you are able to. I am keenly saddened to know that Doug is no longer among us here. I was his patient for seven years in the mid-80's to the early 90's. It is impossible to put into words what working with him meant to me. His gentleness, wisdom, patience and perception were such gifts to one searching for meaning during a difficult time. I can...

To the family of Dr. Lowe,
I am a former patient and huge fan for whom Doug Lowe was truly a gift. He made a tremendous difference in my life, helped me through a tough time, and continues to occupy a very special place in my heart even now many years after he retired. He was such a uniquely appealing, profoundly intelligent, charmingly playful, keenly compassionate and truly fine person. I've never met anyone else quite like him; certainly no one finer. He spoke often of his family with...

Cindy, I met your dad only once, at Miriam and Ken's home. I immediately liked him when, describing his work, he said "I help people get unstuck". Sorry for your loss. Carol Raleigh

To the family of Dr. Lowe,
I am a former patient of Dr. Lowes. I saw him during the years 1994-1997 during a difficult time in my life. I was just a few months post- divorce with four young children when a friend recommended him to me. Each week I arrived at the France Ave. office and waited in the little waiting room with classical radio on- and The Atlantic Monthly magazine on the tables. Soon, the triml Dr. Lowe would call me into the office, we would each take our seats and, in the...

Dear Lowe Family,
I am so sorry to hear of Doug's death. Of course, I have many fond childhood neighborhood memories of playing at your home and seeing your dad jump rope in the basement! My thoughts are with you.

Diane,

Douglas looks like his father, Arnold, who I really fond of him alot at Westminster Presbyterian Church. Douglous is one of interesting chat with each other at parties in Sanibel. He is quite interesting gentleman. We surely miss him as the good Lord took him home. May God with you, Jean.
