Not sure what to say?

Dovie was never without a smile when I knew her in 1968 at Fort Carson CO. Her husband, David, was in the same helicopter unit as my husband while serving in Vietnam. I have such fond memories of her, David and little David. Little David could sing A Bridge Over Troubled Waters without missing one word. He was such a cute little boy and so darling. Rest in Peace dear Dovie. I will cherish always our short, but wonderful, friendship from so many years ago.

I will miss my friend Dovie she was a beautiful sweet lady and I enjoyed doing her every week we shared lots of laughs and I appreciate all the advice she gave me on taking care of my mom Rita

Dovie , was a beautiful lady had the pleasure of doing her hair for several years, and she always had a smile on her face we shared lots of laughs and she would always advise me on how to care for my mom for that I will always be grateful I will miss her very much Rita

Dovie was very special to me. We met in the eighth grade and were steadies through ninth and tenth grades. She was my first love and we shared many special events. I was fortunate to have her in my life during those high school years. We visited at reunions and I was looking forward to seeing her at our 60th class reunion this summer. You couldn't find a nicer, more caring person. I know she will be missed by many.

As you remember your love one, as God heals your broken hearts (Psalm 147:3), may your cherished memories bring you peace, comfort, and strength to endure.

Dovie was a sweet, precious soul. I'll miss seeing her around.
My sincerest condolences.
