Dr. Gary O. Williams

My memories of Dr. Williams go back to when he was in the Union Street Office with Dr. Karen Boswell who was my eye doctor at the time. Upon her deciding to give up the business to move away, Dr. Williams took over and eventually moved from Union Street to Soutel as his business birthing Soutel Optical as his own. Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.

My memories of Gary go back to the early 90's; he worked at the Orangeburg, South Carolina Walmart. He and my brother Mike met and became roommates. Boy, did we have some good times! Gary was genuine and loved telling stories of his life journey. He will be missed. Well Done Dr. Williams! Rest in peace. My condolences to his wife, son and the entire Williams family.

My memories of Gary goes back to our days at USF in the early 80's; he will be sincerely missed. R.I.P.

Gary was a great mentor and friend to me and I will miss him. His laughter and joy when we talked was contagious and could just bring your spirits up. He had the best stories and had a way of making them funny and sometimes you could learn from them. Until we see each other again your spirit will always be with me in the inspiration you have given me over the years.

You were our "Suntan Superman! I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that your gone! I want your family to know I've met slot of people over my time, but have met very few TRUE BLUE, REAL DEAL, absolutely genuine souls such as Dr. Gary. He was one of the best to laugh and cut up with. Rest Well Dr Williams. See ya on the flip side!
