Mrs Smith, I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your son. I know he will be missed by your family. I am sure his dog Jake has long since passed on but they were sure two peas in a pod while here in Texas. Larry had a witty sense of humor and was smart as a tack. I am glad he was able to be in Virginia all these years. He really missed it when he was in Texas. Condolences, Leanna and David Marchand

You left your make on the community and staff at Appomattox Medical Center. Filling yours shoes will be very difficult. You cared about each patient you came in contact with. You would stay late, work weekends, see any patient for their medical needs. Your practice was a large part of your life but you handled it well. You are thought of often and missed, but I am glad you are at peace.
