Not sure what to say?

Never forget his encouragement in the Christian walk.....One of his favorite verses Jesus said,John 14: 27.

Noel was a true servant of God and an excellent surgeon. I had the pleasure of working with him for many years and will always remember his kindness and encouraging words. Most of all, his walk with the Lord was an inspiration to me.

Dear Liz
Perhaps you know me by my name: Jim Glaser. I was
a friend of Noel's at the Univ. of Redlands, he was one year
ahead of me. He was a good and a kind friend to me during
a very difficult time. We went our separate ways, but I have
often looked for news of him in the alumni pages. May your good memories encourage and bless you and your family.

Elizabeth. I am so sorry for your loss. I am here in Anderson to bury my husband at the New Igo Veterans Cemetery. His service was Friday. I still live in Texas but saw the Notice in paper. Noel was a great guy and great Doctor. He will be missed by many. God Bless you and family Janelle Wright-Truex I lost my first husband Francis Wright in 1985

Liz and family
It was a pleasure and honor to work with Noel and to know him personally. He was committed to his work as a physician but even more so to his family and friends. He was a great testimony to faith in God and his contribution to the the Redding community will long be remembered. I value the memories I have of speaking and working with Noel. Please accept my sympathy in the passing of Dr. Van Ness .

One of the first men to meet me when I first came to Redding to assume the pastorate of Calvary Church was Dr.Noel Van Ness. He was always warm, friendly, and helpful and his love for Christ was contagious. He will be greatly missed. Our loss, heaven's gain!

Such a wonderful man of God, husband, father, grandfather, and doctor. He took care of our sons on several occasions. Noel was and is truly loved and will be missed by many. Our prayers for Liz and the family.

You gave me a start when I first moved to Redding and I enjoyed working in your office until you retired. You gave me my first Bible and taught me how to be a better person and I have never forget the love and caring you showed myself and my family. You will be missed but never forgotten.

Noel was a gracious man of God in both his professional life and his private life. Professionally he ministered healing to me many years ago. Praise God he is reveling in the Presence of the Lord he loves. Our prayers are with Liz and the family as they mourn and celebrate Noel's final "graduation."
