Dr Betty was my doctor when the staten island HIP was on New Dorp Lane. That's many years ago but I looked him up to see how he was...I'm sorry to hear of his passing.... was about 7 when he was my doctor...I'm 65 now....great man ...RIP Doc....

I cleaned this man's cars for over ten years... I can't believe he is gone.. he called me right before this to arrange his cars again and said he would call me back in a couple days... Damn...

Dr Betty was the best Dr. ever. He was our daughters pediatrician for many years in the 60's in the New Dorp Office. . They are now 50 and 51 years old. Not many Doctors like him anymore who came to your house if needed. Condolences to the family

I have to say one of my earlier memories is of a Doctor Betty coming to my house when I was ill, I was only about three , and its not a bad memory but one filled with kindness I remember him making me laugh. the time frame and moonlighting is the right fit I am sure it is the same doctor. His kindness stayed with me all these years. I am sorry for his loss

Dr. Betty was my dad's cardiac doctor for many years. He was wonderful. I was so sorry to hear of his passing. May he rest in the peace he brought to so many during the course of his career.

Dr Betty was a good friend and neighbor, as well as a wonderful pediatrician to my son Jim. He raised two amazing children, Lisa and Michael, and his family was a great addition to our neighborhood. I am greatly saddened by his passing. He was my next door neighbor growing up. One day we heard some noise and it was him mowing our lawn because my dad was in the hospital. Yes neighborly. He was a great host at his parties. Just a regular nice guy. No stuffiness etc. When my daughter was born premature it had been years since we spoke but I called him for his professional opinion and he was at the hospital the next day assuring me she was just fine.
