Cohort 9 University of Mary Hardin-Baylor Belton, Texas

Condolences to his family. You will be missed! But thank God, we will see you again!

Dr.Daniel Caldwell will be missed by cohort 9, his friends who became like a family on our journey from Belton Texas to Austin, Washington DC and parts of Europe such as the Netherlands France Germany and Belgium. We could kill on him when we needed him the most and when things were not pressing. I am glad I got to know him this side of eternity!

My condolences to the family. My mother always spoke so highly of Brother Daniel, he spoke at her services in February. May you have comfort knowing he is no longer in pain.

You are missed my friend! But we shall see each other again.

Daniel will be greatly missed. He was one of us, a student of political science at A&M-Commerce. We had many conversations and we often agreed, or agreed to disagree. Having Daniel around made every situation better and made for some great stories. From being so excited about getting creme brûlée in Cambodia to his purchase of a baby grand piano by accident in the political science office our memories of Daniel are one-of-a-kind. I know we all enjoyed our time with Daniel and the stories we...

Daniel was such a kind and gentle person. He was always smiling, whether he was in agreement with what you were saying or whether he disagreed. We met at college in Commerce, and I will always have such fond memories of him in those days. He was truly a special person and will be missed by all who had the privilege of meeting him.

Words cannot express the great loss our world has sustained in the loss of this Godly man. We have so many fond memories of his service, friendship, encouragement and testimony! I'll never forget when he learned to play the piano. It was remarkable - as was everything he did. He gave 100+% in everything! Preaching, singing, playing, talking, encouraging, loving....he talked the talk and walked the walk. Fine example for us all.
Daniel will be missed by many!

I first met Daniel at a study session, at the Bailey Masonic Lodge several years ago. During that study session, I was impressed by his character and charisma. He seemed to radiate something positive and confident. Afterwards, we all talked together, as we always do. That seems to be what we tend to do, more than study at these “study sessions “. I truly couldn’t begin to tell you what we were even there to study. I can tell you that this study session was the most memorable I have...

What a accomplished young man who left us to soon.
