Not sure what to say?

My Deepest Condolences on the loss of Pastor David. I often wondered about his family over the years since I purchased my home from them in 1994. At the time, their Church was on Mt Zion. I live in Henry County now and would pass by People's Baptist wondering if it was the same church. How I wish that I had stopped in to say Hello. May his Family continue to be at peace. David and Trish made my first homebuying experience a pleasure. I have since sold the home, but my Family enjoyed many...

I knew David many years ago when we were teenagers. Our family would come to see his family in Georgia. We always loved and respected the McCoys! We also laughed a lot. I was very surprised to see that David had died. Bonnie, Sonny, and Mark, I am so sorry. I know you will miss him until you see him again in heaven. I pray David’s family will know the nearness of God in the coming days.

I did not know David personally but we went to the same school along with Dan sims, who I married in 1981,Colona Hills Christian school The family is in our thoughts and prayers. God is our refuge and fortress psalm 18, shepherd psalm 23, Jesus is our Burden Bearer Matthew. 11:28-30.

My pastor and dear friend. Sister Becky and I are praying for the family. We only found out of his passing last night (9/29).

My wife and I are sorry to hear of the passing of Dr David McCoy. He was a great preacher and pastor who I loved in the Lord. We are praying for Sister McCoy and the family and The Peoples Baptist Church. Dr McCoy was a great man of God.

David was a role model, friend, teammate that I have admired since 7th grade. Prayers being offered for Trish, Pam (Rick) , Jim, Glory and Mrs. Rushing, along with the rest of the Family. Thanks for the Precious Memories David !!!!!!

Preacher made a huge impact on my son who attended PBA. We are so thankful for his life and all that he did. He will be truly missed. May he rest in peace.

Although I knew him in brief, Dr. David Arthur McCoy was a good man, a good listener and a strong messenger of the lord: He strongly believes what he preaches and has influenced so many from here and abroad, if you believe as strongly as him as I surely do, you should not be saddened and should rejoice for he has achieved everlasting life! As I am writing this here, I shed some tears of knowing how good of a man he really was to everyone, he will be missed, but he surely lives on!!

Our thoughts and prayers are with Mrs. McCoy and the family at this time. Dr. McCoy was always a blessing and encouragement to our student body when he spoke here. Dale Adkins, Pensacola Christian College
