Dear Betty,
Claudia and I wish to extend our sincere and deepest condolences to you and the children. Frank was a wonderful doctor, a dear friend, and referring physician. It was an honor to perform the surgical procedures that gave his patients a better, and healthier life. We share in your sadness. May he Rest In Peace. All our love, Dr. Ronald and Claudia Chernov

My life is enriched even though I only knew Frank for a very brief time. The Light of Christ shown through him for sure and he will be greatly missed. May he rest in the peace of Christ for all eternity.

Frank Osher as Ive always known him for the past 12 or more years, as a extra ordinary minister at St. Marys Catholic Church. The six of us would every Tuesday meet at Mc Donalds for breakfast before going to our assigned shut ins to give them prayer and communion. He was so dedicated to do this service for others. He also was very dedicated to the church. I will miss his presence, with his smiling face and good humor. May he Rest In Peace and the good Lord take him straight to heaven.
