So sorry to hear of your loss. Dr. Bruening was a joy to work while working at WFUBMC Eye Center. He made coming to work a joy. Always smiling and his surgery patients had great confidence in him when I scheduled his surgeries.

I was so sorry to hear about the passing of Dr Bruening.I will always remember him for his kindness,compassion,and willingness to share his knowledge,and skills with those less fortunate.When I went to jail shortly after he operated on both my eyes I know it was only via his consultation,and the Lords grace the ppl at the jail responded to my need for care.I will always love,and respect this gentleman for restoring my sight,and the good person he was.Long live the name of Frederick Bruening.
