Not sure what to say?

I attended First Baptist through my elementary years and onward till the 10th grade. I was baptized and attended many events and summer camps. Here I am in my mid 50s still reaching back to catch the sermons that I may have missed. So much I could say about this man how he reached down with his hand and saved me in his pool that I had tip toed to deeply in. Saving me. He was always smiling. I am so blessed to still hear his voice and finally access his message and review his life. God...

Pastor Johnny Bisagno was the lead pastor when I went to Falls Creek back in the 60's, and I remembered his name to this day, as it was that week that I walked down and gave my life to Jesus. He was an awesome pastor and like I said, I always remembered his name.

Brother John was amazing! Although his sermons often went into overtime his passion for our Lord was clear and trustworthy in every way. I once attended a Sunday school party at his home as a young girl.
I wondered too far in and was quietly drowning on my tip toes. Imagine my surprise and relief when a hand reached down for me and pulled me out, it was Brother John!!!

He didn’t baptize me but he saved me anyways!!! God Bless him he made all the difference in me.

Bro Bisagno baptized me in 1972. I was 18 years old. Heaven gained a fantastic man and pastor.

Brother John was Pastor of fbc houston when I was a child in the 80's. Fbc houston was a special place, brother John baptized me there at 5 years old.

What a precious man of God! He loved JESUS so much and Bro. John loved God’s Word! He prayed for me, a 15 year old girl, who was diagnosed with cancer. GOD Is Awesome! 47 YEARS cancer FREE! Love and prayers for all of the family! Bro. John was my pastor and friend! Loved his family!

For some reason, I hadn't heard about Dr. Bisagno's death until now. I give my sincere condolences to his Family and Friends! He was Pastor above all pastors! Rest in Heaven!

I was at Putnam City Baptist in OKC in 1967 when Bro. John came to preach for T.T. Crabtree. I was dazzled by Dr. John's pulpit presence! He signed my Bible and took the whole page! He was amazing! I was struck with wonder when I read his obit. We both came through Perry, OK, Falls Creek [where I surrendered to ministry under Sam Scantlin in 1967]; Sunny Lane Blvd. in Del City; OBU and then into ministry. He was just an incredible man of God, and preacher! Are there CD's of his Memorial...

My first visit to HFBC Houston was in 1976 at the downtown church. By chance I sat next to a very nice lady, who I discovered later was Uldine Bisagno. Brother John became my pastor that Sunday. He would later give both of my children Bibles when they were 1rst graders. Baptized my son. Ordained me as a Deacon at HFBC. And loved our family and hundreds of other families at HFBC. What a man! What a pastor! We will always love you Brother John!!!
