Dr. Jordan Clendenen

I was deeply saddened to hear about Dr. Clendenen’s passing. He was always so thorough with my son, took the time to talk to him, and was truly a kind and genuine person. He was an exceptional doctor and will be greatly missed.

Dr. Clendenen was an amazing pediatrician for both of my sons. He always took his time to answer all my questions, care about my kids, and give sound medical advice. He was a true blessing to the profession and our family. His parents must be so proud of raising such an amazing human being. Dr. Clendenen will truly be missed.

Our family just learned about Dr. Clendenen’s death today. We are saddened and shook. He was an excellent doctor to our two sons. His skills were great, but it was the time he spent with them, how he engaged with them, the way he genuinely listened to their responses and questions, his thoroughness in explaining information to us as parents, and his authentic humanity that made him excellent. Dr. Clendenen was a light on a dark day for me back in 2019. He just happened to come into my hospital room at just the right moment and provide reassurance and guidance to help me and my newborn daughter after a nurse was less than helpful. I will never forget that interaction and his kindness.

Dr. Clendenen was both of my girls’ pediatrician for almost four years. When my first daughter was born we brought her in for the first week check up and I remember being so overwhelmed and frazzled from being a first time mother and breast feeding was a battle. He was so kind and so understanding and brought out formula samples to try to supplement feed. Dr C. was pediatrician to both of my little boys for 4 years. My youngest son was born during the Pandemic (2021) when all was locked down and masks were rampant. It was lovely to finally see his sweet face when all of the mask measures were lifted. He was so kind, smart and loving to my kids. I am thankful we were able to have him in our lives, even for a short time. My deepest sympathies to his surviving family and friends. He is at peace now. God bless!
