Dr. Nicholas P. Christy

It was my great privilege to know and work with Dr. Christy when he was Chief of Staff at the Brooklyn VA. He was kind, generous of spirit, witty and a genuine mentor. He had an enormous influence on my career. I will miss him greatly

Nick Christy was special. Brilliant, witty, a gifted physician, scientist, teacher and mentor. He will be missed by all who came to know him.

My sincere condolences to Dr. Christy's family. I was his first secretary at Roosevelt 1965 to 1968. I will always remember his generosity and kindness.

I worked with Nick at Columbia P&S from 1960 until 1965. We remained friends and colleagues until he left Brooklyn. He was a great mentor to me as to many others. His intelligence and wit were a delight. My condolences to his family. Annamarie L. Verde.
