He was a nice person you could talk to as a boss. You felt he was listening to what you were saying as he looked into what he could halp you with. I am sending my sympathy to the family. HE WAS A GOOD PERSON.

We knew Phil and Marie as family and also good friends. For 48 years, we enjoyed many dinners and family events with them. We cherish those good times together.

My thougts and prayers to the Bowman family.

Phil is going to be greatly missed. My prayers are being sent for Marie and all the family. Wish I could join with all of you.

Mr. Bowman was my algebra teacher, cross country and track coach and physics mentor while an apprentice on M.I. He was a great teacher and friend to both myself and Mike D'Elicio. I will always remember him. My condolences to Marie and family.

A true advocate for students and the Vallejo community. We had the pleasure of working with Dr Bowman 26 of the 36 years for me, and MaryAnn 12 years of 21 as district employment. His memories will continue to exist in our minds. Marie and family our prayers are with you.
