Bob was a treasured and trusted colleague - my go-to doctor for any cardio-thoracic problems. Clinically and technically outstanding with good judgement. He treated me and others with respect. Full of energy, intense, engaging, good sense of humor. Will miss Bob and San Antonio will miss him.

Robert Lepere MD—Good person, good doctor, good friend—-RIP

I owe my life to Dr. Lepere. In 1995, Dr. Lepere performed open heart surgery on me as I had two clogged heart arteries. I was 56 years old. After surgery Dr. Lepere told me that if I took care of myself and ate right and exercised he guaranteed me 15 years of life. I am now almost 82 years old, 26 years after his surgery and still going. May Dr. Lepere rest in peace in God's kingdom of Heaven and may his family find comfort in these difficult times.

Bob Lepere was absolutely a most honest and fair man. He very much cared for each of his patients and they loved him in return. He loved his family and medicine and would have practiced another 20 years if he could. He also would have skied another 20 years if he could have. May he rest in peace. We wish comfort, peace and great memories for Vicky and his two children.

May he rest in peace. He saved the life of my 76 year old Father in Law, doing one of the first by pass on an elderly person, giving him many precious years of life with his family. He was a wonderful Doctor.
