DREAMA ANN MEADOWS KAYSER BAYS, 71, of Milton, WV, passed away at home on Saturday, March 7, 2026. There will be a private graveside memorial at Mount Olive Cemetery at a later date. Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, is in charge of arrangements.
