Mrs. Heard, Hilary and Haley, I am so surprised and sorry to hear of your loss. I remember back from our drill team days that Mr. Heard was a kind and caring man. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I know that your family has a strong faith and I that it will help to carry you through this difficult time.

I am caught totally by surprise with the sad news of Drew's passing. We started as the best of friends in junior high and high school. And although our lives had taken us to different places and we did not stay in close contact nearly enough, I think both of us always regarded and counted on each other as a true friend for life.
