Drucilla Boswell, 90, of Henderson, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, June 26, 2021, at Colonial Assisted Living and Retirement.
She was born in Providence, Kentucky, on August 1, 1930, to the late Ezra and Aldora Hackney Boswell. Drucilla spent her career working at YORK before moving to Henderson after retirement. She loved spending time with her girls, Emily, Ashley, and Reagan Fulkerson.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Warren Boswell, John Boswell, and James Lilburn “Boz” Boswell; and her companion of 45 years, Jack O’Brien.
Survivors include nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 29, 2021, at Rowland Cemetery in Flat Rock, Kentucky. The Reverend John Brumfiel will officiate.
There will be no visitation.
Appreciation is given to her caregivers, Kelly Fulkerson, Norma Powell, Dawn Chambers, and the staff at Colonial Assisted Living and Retirement.
