Condolences to The Dowds during this time of great sorrow. May The Lord lift you up in prayer and rejoice in his name.

I remember Maggie Dowd and I were out for breakfast with our grandfathers, Duane Dowd and Edward Fogarty, and we barely spoke to them because they had so much to talk about with each other. We giggled every time they tried to recall the name of someone or remark on stories from college. They were so excited to be retelling these memories, and Maggie and I were just happy to watch! I'll always hold that memory close to my heart.
