Duane James Foster

I remember Mr. Foster when he was on the N.S.P.D. He was the best there was. Whenever I was outside he would stop his patrol car just to stop and chat. Great man. RIP sir

I will miss our calls Uncle Duane I love and miss you!

Mary Ann, I was shocked and dismayed to learn of Duane's passing. We were classmates at Forest City High School, and I always found him to be friendly and outgoing. We were looking forward to seeing him again, and he will be missed. May God Bless and keep him.

Rest in Peace Chief. It was a pleasure working with you all those years. Now you can patrol the streets of Heaven. Peace to your immediate family and to your family in blue.

I am saddened to learn of Duane´s passing and I offer my sincere condolences to the Foster Family. He is gone but not forgotten by those who knew him.

Blaine and I are very saddened to hear this tragic news. Duane was a kind-hearted man with a wonderful sense of humour and a deep Faith.
