Duane Reh Howell

What memories this obituary has brought to me. I remember Duane from when I was a young girl. His family rented the second-floor apartment of my grandparents' house on Jefferson St. They were Paul and Rose Costello. Mrs. Howell, Sandra and Duane were such wonderful people.
