Thank you, Dr. K, for leading generations of middle-school students to feel at home in the cultures and ecosystems of Wyoming and the Four corners. Science Club trips gave me the skills to raise three daughters who are now fearless explorers, with an abiding love of the Southwest, and helped forge the bonds that keep many of us early-80´s Science Clubbers in touch 40 years later.
