Words can't express what my heart feels. Please know that you have been and will continue to be in our thoughts and prayers. Ashley shared with us the news of Duane's homecoming. We were asking for a miracle and now we have just that. We only met Duane once but felt like we had known him forever. May God grant you His strength and comfort. Praise God that Duane is in your future.

To the Perdue Family:
Duane was always such a sweet, kind person. Every time I saw him at Virginia Tech he always had a smile on his face and never failed to make me laugh. I will miss him greatly! Just know he is at peace now and we will all see him again in heaven!! My prayers and thoughts are with you all.

Dee, Quince, John.
I am truly sorry for your loss. Your family and mine have known each other for many years and it really saddens me that Duane has past on, but you have to figure that God has an important purpose for him to take him at such a young age. If there is anything I can do please do not hesitate to call on me. My prayers are with you and your family.
