Well I remember Duane. He was the man who caused me to consider becoming a firefighter (then called hoseman) back in 1963. I spent the next 39 years involved in a career I have always loved. How I met him is a long story but suffice to say Duane will always have a special place in my heart as will Joanie. I very much look forward to seeing him again when "all those in the memorial tombs hear the master voice and come out" Sleep well old friend.
