His decades of military & public works service is respected by all. Duane was an inspiration for my pursuit of overseas US DoD construction management assignments in Japan after my retirement from the City of Sacramento in 2010. RIP.

I just heard of Duane's passing. He was a compassionate boss and friend. We both attended Texas A&M at different times in our lives. May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.
