Dustin W. DeGroot, 21, of Jacksonville, died Friday, May 20, 2011, at Passavant Area Hospital in Jacksonville. Following cremation rites, private services will be held at a later date. Buchanan & Cody Funeral Home in Jacksonville is in charge of arrangements.
