Not sure what to say?

Thinking about my friend, today. I'm grateful for the memories that still replay in my mind, even more today as I live my 40th year. I wish I got to say goodbye and tell you that I love you, because I do. Dan

I remember Justin. When we were teenagers, our bands would play shows together at Captain Trips in Utica. I think Stereocycle was the name of his band but I could be wrong. We got together and played guitar a few times but lost contact after our high school years. He was a great guy. Sorry to hear about his passing,

Dustin, you were the love of my friend's life. When you were born you should have seen her happiness...when you were growing you should have seen her worries, and her pride in all your achievements and life changing experiences...I watched your Mom - she was so proud of you - through your toils, through your love, through your triumphs. But now you can see all of this clearly and experience the total love that was there in your life and your next. I watched as a friend...I mourned as a friend...

I just found out that Dustin's Guest Book is remaining online permanently thanks to Laura Mayton. Thank You So Much! I want to keep his memory alive as much as possible. I really appreciate it. XOXO

Just 'PRESS PLAY"

I never got to say goodbye to you, and my heart is broken.
How I wish I could have hugged you, and said
"you will be ok..."

Let this candle shine a New Light on You, and Keep You Safe in Eternal Rest.

And, I will always remember, to "PRESS PLAY", A song you wrote only for me.

That song will be played a lot.

I Love you honey, XO Mom

Dear Bruce and Cathy,
The loss of a child is heartbreaking. My heart aches for you and your family. Life doesn't make sense and losing someone as young and loving as Dustin is tragic. The bond you and Dustin had can never be broken. His pain has stopped and he's at peace. You'll meet again. My deepest sympathy. Connie Caldwell

I said goodbye to you yesterday Dustin. You looked as beautiful as always. As Sister Kathleen reminded all of us, it is normal for us to talk to you, just like I do with my coffee in the morning with Aunt Mary. So, my dear son, your body may be gone, your soul is in Heaven, but you will always, always, be right here with me. I will still play your music you loved, talk to you, ask you what you think about things I should buy at garage sales, and pray for you. Until I see you again, my son, I...
