Dustin O'ryan Locklear, age 27, of Fairmont, NC, passed away Tuesday, September 21, 2021, at McLeod Health in Dillon, SC. He was born May 2, 1994 in Robeson County to Donald Locklear and Kathleen Dial.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Vernon Ray Dial; and his paternal grandparents, Julius Locklear and Effie Locklear.
He is survived by a daughter, Karyan Nora Locklear; one son, Malachi O'ryan Locklear; his mother and his stepfather, Kathleen Laverne Dial and Burney Bartley; one brother, Donald J. Locklear; three sisters: Kayla K. Locklear, Cheyenne T. Hammonds, and Alisha Revels; his grandmother, Annie Nora Dial; six nephews and three nieces; five uncles: Randy R. Dial, Jocy L. Dial, Jamie Dial, Charles D. Dial, and Vernon A. Dial; special relatives, Tara M. and Jason Oxendine; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A time of visitation will take place on Saturday, September 25, 2021, from 1:00-2:00 PM at McDonald Church of God, 8669 Hwy 130 E. in Fairmont, NC. Following the visitation, a funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
