Not sure what to say?

This Memorial Day 2023 I wanted to honor someone at Oak Hill Cemetary who had given their life while fighting for our freedom. Dusty's grave and beautiful memorial marker is somewhat across from my husband's and mother's graves so I visited with him and his father today, to thank them for their service and to say Im sorry that he didn't come back home to do good things here.

Hello, We wanted you to know that we will be honoring and remembering your loved one this holiday season. We are sending Care Packages to our deployed troops in his name. Each package will carry the name, photo, service branch, rank and hometown of Dustin John "Dusty" Perrott US Army Sergeant. We realize that this is a small tribute, but we do this with all respect and sincerity and we want you to know that it is made possible by thousands of like-minded individuals from across the...

I still remember you praying for me your last day at New Creations " Lord I bring my friend FC to you... " will never forget.. He has lead me all along Dustin..

I LOVE MY COUSIN!

It feels like forever since Dusty has been gone. I think of him everyday cause I see things that remind me of him. We will meet up with him again one day. Its never goodbye, but see you later. :)

Maria, thank you much for your memories and prayers. I didn't know about your experience with Dusty; however, as I read it, I recognized my son in every word you wrote. What a wonderful gift your sharing was for me. Again, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. God bless you. Susan, Dusty's mom

He liked to sit in the front of the class, his arms crossed on his desk. He would turn around and give the 'perpetrator" a look. That's all it took, not because the other kids were scared of him but because they respected him. Even though he was only mine for nine months, he has left an indelible mark in my heart. On this...

Thank you so much, Broadway Football Family, for your honoring my precious son, Dusty, with your time, strength and heart. May the Lord grant you blessings for your remembrance of my son and kindnesses to my family. We miss Dusty so much and are overwhelmed that others understand and share our loss.

What a wonderful thing to do to make sure the memories of the Fallen or not forgotten and to make sure this generation knows of their sacrifice. Broadway High School has class!

Thank you BHS for this honor to my nephew, Dusty. We miss him. It is good to know four years later that he is still being remembered and that you are teaching young people in high school about the ultimate sacrifices that have been made for their freedom.
