He is also survived by his father, Dustin J. Walters, step mother, Jackie (Scott) Hilton, step sister, Jenny Mulvaney, adopted sister, Ky (Orlando) Padarone, step brothers, Travis (Meagan) Walters, and Tyler (April) Walters, and many aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins around the country. Dustin lived in Pinellas County majority of his life. He was happiest on the water, and he loved boating, gardening and cooking. He loved animals especially dogs. He was the life of the party and loved his family and friends. He always had a smile on his face and had a memorable laugh. he was a friend to all. He had his flaws like everyone. He was sarcastic, funny, loyal, annoying, loving and mostly he was kind. There was never a dull moment when he was present.

Due to the pandemic, no funeral services will be held at this time but arrangements are being made for multiple celebrations of life around the country. Thank you all for the GoFundMe donations and loving words and condolences of our beloved Dustin.

Dustin you have left us too soon and the world will not be the same without you. We have known you since the day you were born and considered you part of our family. Laura called you her brother. We will always remember you as a handsome, kind, funny PIA. You were a good cook, gardener and could captain a boat. Your mom is my best friend and we will be there to comfort and support her, Ray and Ryan. May you be at peace now.

My heart breaks, I can't believe you are gone. You always had me laughing or mad at you for being immature at the wrong time, but you always knew how to make me laugh again. A kid at heart, a gentle giant and one of the sweetest guys I've ever known. I pray for peace for your family and everyone who knew you, Fly high my friend.
