Not sure what to say?

13 years today since you've been gone. You have been gone from this earth the same amount of time that you were alive on this earth. Even though life has moved on, we miss you every day and our hearts still hurt for you. We will never forget you, and John is still here, in our lives, missing you like crazy. Till we meet again....

I still miss you and love you Dustin. Not a day goes by where I dont think about you.

My children and I were driving by Putz hardware tonight and saw your beautiful memorial and a man and his dog sitting by it. I didn't know anything of this accident a year ago, nor did I know any of you, but as a mother, seeing him sit there brought tears to my eyes and the eyes of my three children. I pray that God has helped you find peace with the sensless loss of your son. May He bless you

It's been one year since you left us. There isn't a day that's gone by that I haven't thought about you, just as I did when you were alive. It's been a hard year, and for John, it will never be the same without you. I'm so grateful for the 7 years that we had you in our lives, and will be grateful that John will be in our lives for the rest of his life. We will never forget you Dustin. Your memories will live on forever in our family's hearts. As my kids grow and as John grows into young...

As said by Mrs. Charmaine and Hattie, in 5 days, it will be a year since you left us. We do think of you every day and wonder why. Every time I hand Mr Dave a dish, I say "Please Sir, May I have more".This was something Dustin said frequently while having dinner with us or on a campout. We miss the funny little things he would say or do. Hattie said it beautifully. Someday we will have our own 5 days. Until then, we will keep your memory alive. You are deeply missed
