Not sure what to say?

dusty you are missed truly and you wouldove been proud of what your legacy did to your 4 fine children

It´s extremely difficult for me to think about. I remember interviews he had while wrestling in Florida. I knew he wrestled with Dick Murdoch as a tag team. I must have been on heavy drugs for me to write this letter now. I am so sorry to have waited so long to write. His spirit has to be sitting next to God and Jesus Christ.

I met Dusty backstage in Orlando in 1984 when I was performing with a band who asked him to scare me in the dressing room. He went full-on Dusty Rhodes for about a minute, then we all had a big laugh and I got to meet Virgil - a very sweet, smart and kind man.

I grew up on Dusty Rhodes. As far as I'm concerned, he was wrestling. After all he was " the ONLY MAN to defeat Harley Race TWO times". Truly a legend.

To cody, Dustin and his daughter , grandkids and family . Prayers and thoughts are With you all. Dusty was one of our favorities wrestler and an inspirational..

Cody Rhodes is one of my favorite wrestlers. Dustin rhodes a.k.a is another one of my favorite wrestlers of all time. But the true legend in the ring has to be dusty rhodes the true legend in the ring. Dennis winship Lynn massachusetts

R.I.P.I.H. MR. DUSTY

I fondly remember watching Mr. Runnels as a child. He is one the biggest reasons I'm such a huge wrestling fan today. Years later I had the pleasure of meeting him in person. He was everything I imagined him to be. Thank you to his family for selflessly sharing him with me and so many others. May God continue to fill the void that has been left by his earthly absence and may he continue to bless you forever more.
