Dwayne Beach

Carlton Dwayne Beach Jr., 18, of Hartwood in Stafford County died Sunday, Feb. 24, 2002, at Inova Fairfax Hospital from injuries received in an automobile accident. Covenant Funeral Service of Fredericksburg is handling the arrangements, which were incomplete this morning.
