I am so sorry for your loss!
I first worked with Dwayne when you came to Des Moines. It was pretty obvious from the beginning that Dwayne was a class guy with a great sense of humor. He will be missed by all of us.

I joined the Inspection Service in 1971 and first met Dwayne while he was involved in an audit at Houston, before I even went to Bethesda for basic training. Then my first domicile was in St. Louis so I got to know Dwayne better. I found him to be a true gentlemen who had a good sense of humor. My condolences to you on his passing.

Marge,

So sorry to hear of Dwayne's passing. We have fond memories of our days together many years ago in the old Saint Louis Division. He was a very good man with an outstanding sense of humor, who was also a very good manager who taught me much. Please accept our condolences and hope that you and your family are well during these sad days....God Bless.....
